“Another Retirement Scheme for Hulse Electrical”. Hulse has been awarded a residential Retirement Scheme with new client, McCarthy & Stone.

The project consists of 39 self contained apartments in Moseley, Birmingham, and strengthens the Hulse commitment to provide its expertise to the developing “Retirement Sector” of the building industry.

The project is due for completion in December 2008 and includes all the current communication and security systems that have become expected within a modern complex.
