Hulse have secured the Chestnut Grange complex.

This ‘Extracare’ development is the first of its kind in Burton, providing 67 new apartments, including a restaurant, shop, hairdressing salon and health facilities.

Having undergone a lengthy selection process Bullock Construction announced its decision to award the
electrical package to Hulse due to our extensive experience in this market sector. In conjunction with our
regular supply chain Bullocks felt that past experience and knowledge would play a crucial role in providing
an electrical solution to this development, combined with the modern technology that is required to provide
both security and comfort to the future residents of Chestnut Grange.

Hulse will be responsible for both the design and installation of all the electrical, fire, security and monitoring systems within the complex and look forward to handling yet another facility to its expanding portfolio of ‘Extracare’ clients.
