Hulse have been awarded a 399 residential apartment in the prestigious Finzels Reach Development in Bristol City Centre. Being the largest development in Bristol for the last 25 years has made this award an exceptional achievement for Hulse Electrical.

Finzels Reach is a £25 million development based in the new city quarter for central Bristol with over 300,000 sq ft of ‘Grade A’ office space, 399 high –spec apartments and more than 87,000 sq ft of cafes and shops, all set in extensive landscaped public space, complete with a new bridge that links the city centre.

Hulse Electrical’s work package consists of both M&E installations, which includes all building services from incoming supplies to sanitary ware and decorative lighting. As is expected in such a prestigious development, the latest high tech solution for security and emergency systems shall be utilised combined with top quality fixtures and fittings. This project proposes to be a first class landmark to Bristol City Centres evolving skyline.

Hulse commenced work in April 2010 and is due for completion in March 2012.
