Hulse have commenced works to this four storey office building located within the city centre of Coventry. Refurbishment is underway of all floors of Sheriff Court and two floors of Warwick Gate to provide an Offender Contact Area and secure office accommodation for the Probation Service.

The internal refurbishment will include new cellular offices, group meeting rooms, security interview rooms
and one-to-one meeting rooms.

Scope of works include new lighting, emergency lighting, power, telephone/computer systems, fire alarm system, door access, voice alarm, personal attack, structured cabling and lightning protection.
