Merrylee Primary School is a purpose designed new build project with a unique contemporary design. The school will cater for over 500 pupils and comprises two nursery schools, community facilities, 12 large classrooms, a large sports hall and dining hall.

Hulse has carried out the electrical and mechanical services installation. Mechanical works include: underfloor heating, ventilation, plumbing and fully integrated controls system. Electrical works comprise power, lighting, emergency lighting, CCTV, security, and lightning protection.
