Hulse has recently completed work at Phase 1 of Church Lane, West Bromwich, which is a 150 unit, £20 million pound residential development on behalf of Accord Housing Association.

All of the dwellings are being built to achieve Level 3 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, which aims to protect the environment by providing guidance on the construction of high performance homes with sustainability in mind.
