The Village provides 260 affordable homes and up to 24-hour care for over 350 residents. The Village Centre contains 15 social and leisure facilities, including a Fitness Gym, Restaurant, Well-Being Centre, Arts and Crafts Room, Greenhouse and Spa Pool.

Hulse Electrical Contractors have provided a design and build solution that embraces all the electrical requirements of a modern day Retirement Village.

Such requirements and systems will include a centrally monitored computer system that controls both CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Warden Call, Communal Satellite TV and In-House Broadcasting facilities, with traditional sub-main distribution and general lighting and small power, providing the backbone to a modern communications solution.

Hulse Electrical considers this development to be a market leader and, as such as, have invested time and resource in developing a specialist team that understands the client’s requirements and is able to deliver the correct product in a timely and professional manner. Hulse were due to hand over the project in the Spring of 2010, but actually completed in October 2009 - 5 months ahead of schedule!
